These chapatis are easy to make and require just five ingredients. You will need 1 cup millet flour, 2 cups water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes before using. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Pour some oil into the pan and spread it evenly across the surface. Drop small spoonfuls of the batter onto the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with butter and honey.
