Ingredients required for Keto Cheese Crackers:
- 6 ounces shredded cheese Cheddar or Pepper Jack
- 1 ½ cup Almond flour plus more for dusting
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- Coarse salt for sprinkling
How to prepare Keto Cheese Crackers:
1 On the first step preheat your oven to

3 Sprinkle Almond flour into the baking mat.
4 Take microwave bowl and melt cheese in it till it is melted well.
5 Now in the same bowl add the almond flour, salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and the egg, and mix it well till well combined.
6 With the help of your hands knead the dough and form a ball.
7 If dough is sticky add almond flour in it.
8 Now place the dough into prepared work surface and top it with piece of parchment paper and roll it thin as much as you can and not more than 1/8 inches thick.

10 Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle coarse salt.
