Ingredients Required for Keto Easy Stir Fry Kimchi & Pork Belly?
Let us make this Keto friendly easy stir fry Kimchi and Pork Belly.
What do we need?
⦁ 300 grams naturally raised pork belly
⦁ 1 tablespoon naturally brewed tamari as well as soy sauce. For the gluten free option: you can use tamari or gluten soy sauce
⦁ 1 tablespoon naturally brewed rice wine.
⦁ 1 lb kimchi
⦁ 1 green onion
⦁ 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
How to Prepare this?
⦁ Let us start by slicing the pork belly as thin as possible. Soak the tamari/ soy sauce and the rice wine for around 10 minutes.
⦁ Cut the kimchi into 1-inch size.
⦁ Now, heat the heavy bottom pan and add the pork belly and stir fry till it catches nice brown color for 5 to 10 minutes. At this point, you can see some fat being cooked out of the pork belly.
⦁ Now, add the kimchi into the pan and fry for another 2 more minutes to completely mix the flavor of kimchi and pork.
⦁ Now, turn off the heat and thinly slice the green onion and add it to the stir fry.
⦁ Garnish it by sprinkling the sesame seeds.
