Ingredients required for Recipe For Keto Sausage Balls
1 454 grams Italian sausage
2 2 teaspoons baking powder (blanched)
3 1 cup almond flour
4 One cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
5 1 egg (large)
6 One tablespoon onions (dried and minced)
7 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
How to Prepare Low-Calorie Sausage Balls
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 0 F and line a rimmed baking sheet using a wire cooling rack.
2 – Take a large bowl and combine all ingredients in it. Continue mixing until you get a smooth-running blend.
3 – Make 24 balls out of the sausage mixture with a diameter of 1.5 to 2 inches.
4 – Place the sausage balls on the wire rack and place the same in the oven.
5 – Continue baking the sausage balls for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
6 – Take the balls out of the oven and place them on a plate.
7 – Add some sauce and/or seasonings and/or dressings and serve hot.
