7 Cream of Tartar ¼ teaspoon
ii. For the Filling healthy coffee cake
1 Almond Flour 1½ cup
2 Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
3 Stick Butter ½
4 Maple Syrup Substitute ¼ cup
5 Erythritol ¼ cup

Note: simple coffee cake recipe

If you use an eyedropper for measuring liquid stevia, then about 25 drops of liquid stevia will make up ¼ tablespoon

 

How to Prepare Easy Keto Coffee Cake

1 – Preheat the oven to 3250F

2 – Take a bowl and separate eggs from egg whites in it

3 – Cream the erythritol with egg yolks 4 – Add all the ingredients, except for cream of tartar and egg whites, and blend well

5 – Beat the cream of tartar and egg whites in a separate bowl until the formation of stiff peaks

6 – Divide the entire egg white mixture into two equal halves and fold one by one into the yolks

7 – Mix all filling ingredients and form a dough

8 – Take a dark metal cake pan and pour base batter onto it

9 – Top the batter with half of the cinnamon filling

10 – Bake it for about 20 minutes

11 – Now, top the remaining filling dough on the half-baulked cake

12 – Bake the cake for another 20 minutes or so

13 – Let the cake cool down for about 10 to 20 minutes and then remove it from the pan

14 – Serve and enjoy!

1   Be gentle while folding egg white mixture into the yolks so that the egg whites remain airy

2  You can gently push down the topping on the battery if it doesn’t sink on its own
