Ingredients required for Keto Pull Apart Pizza

1 Almond Flour 1½ cups
2 Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
3 Cream Cheese 2 ounces
4 Eggs (Beaten) 3
5 Mild Cheddar (Shredded) ½ cup
6 Mini Pepperoni Slices ½ cup
7 Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) 2½ cups
8 Parmesan Cheese (Grated) ½ cup
9 Rosemary Seasoning 1 teaspoon
10 Sliced Jalapenos As per requirement

Note:-

  • Instead of the mild cheddar, you can use any other cheese of your own choice

How to PrepareKeto Pull Apart Pizza

 1 – Mix the almond flour with the baking powder. Keep doing until you get a perfect blend

2 – Melt the cream cheese together with the mozzarella cheese

3 – Add the flour mixture and eggs to the melted cheese mix. Knead it until you get a dough

4 – Sprinkle the dough with a small amount of parmesan cheese

5 – Shape the dough into a ball and then cut it into two halves.

6    Then cut the two halves into 4. Continue doing so until you have 32 pieces, 16 from each half

 7 – Put the parmesan cheese on a plate and top it with Rosemary seasoning

 8 – Roll the balls in the plate containing parmesan cheese

 9 – Spray some non-stick cooking spray on a non-stick frying pan

10 – Form a layer using the 16 dough balls in the pan

 11 – Add a layer of shredded cheese, mini pepperoni slices and jalapenos to the non-stick frying pan

12 – Now, put the remaining 16 dough balls on top of the layer

 13 – Top with the remaining shredded cheese, mini pepperoni slices and jalapenos

14 – Bake at 3500F for about 25 minutes or so until it turns to golden brown

15 – Serve and enjoy!

While sprinkling some parmesan cheese on the top of the dough, you can also sprinkle some to the other side of the dough
