7 | Italian seasoning | Two tablespoons |
8 | Crushed pork rinds | Two cups |
9 | chicken breasts (pounded and tenderized until flat) | 4 |
Note: – To make the Keto “Breaded” Chicken Parmesan and Zoodles more crispy, you should cook the chicken on a roaster rack or an oven-safe rack.
While cooking the chicken, make sure that all sides of the chicken are crisped properly and do not stick to the pan.
, How to Prepare Keto Baked Chicken Parmesan
1 –Turn on the oven and preheat it to 3750C
2 – Take chicken breasts and pound/tenderize them
3 – Arrange a container or a plastic bag and put pork rinds, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in it. Mix the contents well
4 – Now add the chicken breasts to the mixture and shake the container/bag until all breasts are covered with the mixture
5 – Cover the roaster rack with a baking sheet and then put all the mixture-covered chicken breasts on it
6–Take ½ cup of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it over each chicken breast
7 – Cook the chicken breasts until they reach a temperature of 1600C or cook for 30-45 minutes
8 – Zoodle all the Four zucchinis by using a zoodles
9 – Put garlic salt and garlic oil in the zoodles and mix them properly
10 – Take the chicken breasts if they are cooked and remove them from the oven
11 –Put the pan on medium flame and add zoodles to it
12 – Cook zoodles until they become hot
13 – Add tomato sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes
14 – With the help of a tong and a fork, put the zoodles on a plate along with chicken breasts
15 – Now sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on every chicken breast
