Ingredients required for Is Cinnamon Keto:

5 Eggs at room temperature

½ cup erythritol monk fruit, erythritol or xylitol



½ cup coconut oil or melted butter

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk 

2, Teaspoons vanilla extract

 2 cups Almond flour

 ¼ cup coconut flour 

1 Tablespoon baking powder 

CINNAMON SUGAR SWIRL

½ cup Erythritol



1 ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

How to prepare Keto Cinnamon Bread:

1    Firstly preheat your oven to 350 F.

2    Take a 5-inch loaf pan & add a piece of parchment paper and grease it with light oil to make sure the bread does not stick to the pan.

3    Take a small bowl and make the cinnamon swirl. Add erythritol and whisk it and add cinnamon and set it aside.

4   Take a medium bowl and add beaten eggs, sugar-free crystal sweetener melted coconut oil’ or we can add melted butter, almond milk and vanilla.



5   We have to make sure Coconut “oil is not burning hot and make any lumps.

6   Take another bowl & add almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder in it and stir it well.

7   Now pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.

8   With the spoon stir all the ingredients to make bread butter with no lumps.

9   Mix it well for one minute to make sure coconut flour absorbs the moisture.



10   Pour half of the bread onto the loaf pan.

11  Sprinkle half of the cinnamon/ Erythritol mixture & add the remaining batter & then add the cinnamon/ Erythritol mixture on top of the bread.

12   Place the loaf pan into the centre of the oven and bake it at 180C.

13  After 10 minutes” cover the loaf pan with a piece of foil paper.

14   Bake it for around 35 to 40 minutes or check, With till’ the toothpick comes out clean.

15   Let it cool for 10 minutes & usually, it takes 3 hours to cool fully.

16   You can store this cake for 3 to 4 days.
