Ingredients required for Keto Almond Flour Chocolate Cake

3 eggs (medium-sized)

2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa

1 1/2 cups almond flour (fine)


1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup granulated erythritol

1/3 cup milk or water

1/4 cup cocoa powder
 To prepare a vegan keto chocolate cake, replace eggs with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of some commercial egg replacer product and 150 grams of water. Before using, let it thicken by allowing it to sit undisturbed for some time.

How to Prepare Keto Almond Flour Chocolate Cake

1 – Set the oven to 350 0 F.

2 – Grease an 8-inch pan and line the same with parchment paper.

3 – Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Stir thoroughly and then spread the mixture uniformly over the pan.

4 – Place the on-rack bake for about 14 minutes, or up until the point when the centre turns firm.

5 – Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down before applying the frosting.
