Ingredients required Keto Cheese and Bacon Muffins

 9 tablespoons Cheddar cheese (Grated)

8 slices of bacon (Diced)

 5 eggs

 1/2 teaspoon pepper

 1/4 teaspoon Scallions (Thinly sliced)

A pinch of salt

How to Prepare Keto Cheese and Bacon Muffins

You need to spare less than half an hour before you can enjoy the healthy and delectable keto cheese and bacon muffins. Following are the step-by-step instructions on how to prepare the  recipe:

1 – Preheat the oven to 375 0 F

2 – Take a standard muffin tin and line it with silicone cupcake moulds

3 – Put a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame and put the diced bacon slices in it.  Sauté for about 8 minutes

4 – Next, turn off the heat and add the scallions to the frying pan. Stir thoroughly and let it cool for 5 minutes or so

5 – Meanwhile, add eggs, salt, and pepper to a bowl and whisk thoroughly

6 – Pour 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture into each cupcake mould followed by equally distributing the bacon and scallions amongst all the cupcake moulds

7 – Divide the remaining egg mixture equally in all cupcake moulds and top each of the egg muffins with a tablespoon of cheese

8 – Bake the bacon and cheese muffins for about 10 minutes or until completely cooked through

9 – Remove the keto cheese and bacon muffins from the oven and serve right away or store them away in the refrigerator for later  consumption

Note:-
 Using a blender for whisking the egg, salt and pepper is highly recommended as it gets you a better egg mixture
