Easy cheesy hash brown is the perfect side dish for any dinner or holiday meal. It takes just 5 minutes of preparation work and is hearty and delicious.
It is one of our all-time favourite comfort foods! They are the perfect morning meal with maximum flavour and minimum fuss.
Ingredients required for Keto Hash Casserole
1.5 cups sour cream
10 oz. cream of chicken soup recipe here
10 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and divided
One teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 lbs. shredded or cubed turnips
Two cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed pork rinds 140g
How to prepare Keto Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole :
1 Preheat your oven to 220C.
2 Then we have to take a larger cast iron skillet and add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 5 to 6 tablespoons of melted butter, salt and pepper according to taste and mix it well till well combined.
3 Then in the same skillet add shredded cheese, turnips and stir well to combine.
4 Take a bowl and add crushed pork rinds, and melted butter and mix well and then top it into the turnips.
5 Place this in the oven and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or till it looks brown in colour or till the toothpick comes out clean.
6 Serve and enjoy!
