How to prepare Keto Coconut Ladoo:
Take a non-stick frying pan over low heat and add ghee to it.
When heated up the ghee adds coconut powder and sauté well until it changes colour.
Then we have to add the stevia and stir well for 2 to 3 minutes.
We have to remove this from heat and add fresh cream and mix well till well combined.
Allow it to cool slightly and roll them into ladoos.
You can serve it in the evening with a cup of tea or enjoy it as a party snack.
