Ingredients required for Keto donut holes:

1 cup almond flour

1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons hot water

1/4 c unflavoured or vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon xanthan um

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sour cream

Cinnamon Sugar Coating Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener

 How to prepare Keto donut holes:

1   Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

2   Take a bowl and add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, xanthan gum, cinnamon, salt, melted butter, sour cream and add hot water and then mix it well till well combined.

3   Roll dough into 1/2 to 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking tray, spacing about 1 inch apart.

4  Roll the dough into 1/2 to 1 inch balls and then place into baking tray and make sure add parchment paper into baking tray and space into 1 inch apart.

5  Bake this for around 5 to 6 minutes at 325 degrees

6  Remove out from oven and allow them to cool fully.

7  Once they have cooled well dip each one into melted butter and then dip in a mixture of monk fruit and cinnamon.

8  Enjoy!
