Keto Gobi Paratha. One of the most celebrated vegetables in my home is cauliflower or gobi. Today we are going to show you a very delicious yet simple keto/low carb Stuffed Gobi Paratha dish my way.

This Gobi Paratha for Weight Loss recipe is super authentic, tasty and simple. Cauliflower/ Gobi is keto-friendly however wheat is not.

Ingredients required for Keto Gobi Paratha:

Cauliflower Filling

    1/2 head cauliflower

    2 oz. cream cheese

    1/4 cup sour cream

   1/4 cup parmesan cheese

   2 tbsp. olive oil

   1 tsp. mustard seeds

  1/2 cup red onions – chopped

  3 chilli green chillies- chopped

   1 tbsp. ginger – chopped

   1 tbsp. cilantro – chopped

   2 leaves curry leaves – chopped

   1 tsp. turmeric

  1 tsp. salt – adjust to taste

Paratha Keto Gobi Paratha

    1 tbsp. butter

   1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

   3/4 cup almond flour

    1 egg

How to prepare Keto Gobi Paratha:

1     Firstly we have to boil the cauliflower.

2    Take a bowl and add 3 to 4 glass of water and bring it to a boil it.

3    Chop cauliflower and wash it and then put this cauliflower into boiling water and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.

4    Then put all the cauliflower into the strainer and drain all the water.

5    Then move this cauliflower into another bowl.

6   Then we have to add cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese.

7   Mix out the entire ingredients well.

8    With the help of a masher mash the cauliflower.

9   Take a pan on medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp. olive oil.

10   When the oil heats up add mustard seeds, chopped onions, chillies, cilantro, curry leaves and ginger and cook well.

11   Then add turmeric powder and salt to it.

12   Then we have to add cauliflower and set it aside.

13    Mix it well.

Paratha: Keto Gobi Paratha

1.  Preheat oven to 200C.

2.  Take a microwave bowl and heat mozzarella cheese and butter for 30 seconds.

3.  Then add almond flour and add one beaten egg and mix well till smooth dough forms.

4.  Divide the dough into 3 to 4 equal parts.

5.  Take two pieces of parchment paper and roll the dough into the between of the parchment paper.

6.  In the middle of the dough and with the help of a spoon add cauliflower filling.

7.  Then flatten it again and cook it in the oven at 200C for 5 to 7 minutes only.
