These keto lemon and poppy seeds muffins are a delicious treat that is easy to whip up in less than 30 minutes. The batter is mixed together quickly before being poured into a greased muffin tin.

Once baked, the muffins come out perfectly moist and fluffy. You can use almond flour, such as almond meal, almond flour, or almond butter. If you want to add some extra flavour, try adding some cinnamon, cardamom, or ginger.

These Keto lemon poppy seed muffins are one of my go-to snacks when. I am hungry between meals. They’re packed with nutrients & which fibremakinges them a great season. Plus, they’re low in carbs and high in fat, making them a great choice if you’re trying to lose weight.

To keep things simple, I used almond flour instead of the almond meal because it has higher protein content. However, you could easily substitute almond meals for almond flour.

These muffins are very versatile. You can eat them plain, top them with whipped cream, or drizzle them with honey. They taste best in the oven, but they can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.

Ingredients required for Keto Lemon Cupcakes Recipe:


    2 cups Almond flour

   Two teaspoons of baking powder

   1/3cup erythritol normal Granulated. not powdered

2 large Eggs

  1 cup Sour Cream

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 One Tablespoon of Poppy Seeds

  1 Lemon zest and juice


4  ounces Unsalted Butter unsalted

 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

1/2 cup powdered erythritol

2  Tablespoons Heavy Cream

 How to prepare Keto Lemon and Poppy Seed Muffin Recipe:

 1  First preheat your oven to 180C.

2   Then place all the cupcake ingredients into a mixer and mix them well until they are well combined.

3  With the help of a Spoon. Fill the muffin cups with a mixture and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

4   Let the cupcakes cool.

5   As the cupcakes are cooling place. Butter & lemon juice into the mixer.

6   With the help of a spoon. Mix Latvia icing & mix it well & then add the cream.

7    Mix it on medium-high heat till the ingredients are fluffy and pale.

8   With the help of a spoon. Carefully mix the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it onto your cooled cupcakes.

9   Enjoy and serve!
