How to Prepare Chutney
The preparation of the mint chutney is easy as it does not require any cooking.
To prepare the lip-smacking chutney, you need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Step #01 – Put the chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves in the mixer and add a little water to them.
now Step #02 – Run the mixer for a minute, so that the mint and coriander leaves are blended properly.
Step #03 – Add green chillies, garlic, chopped ginger, lemon juice, clove, sugar, and salt into the mixer that already contains the mint and coriander paste.
now Step #04– Again run the mixer for a minute to ensure that all
the ingredients are mixed properly with one another.
Step #05 – Now open the mixer and use a spoon to taste the mint coriander chutney.
now Step #06–If you find the salt or/and sugar to be not up to your taste then add according to
your preference and then run the mixer for less than 20 seconds.
Step #07 –Transfer the chutney from the mixer to a bowl with the help of a spoon.
