You need two different sets of ingredients, one for preparing the dough and the other to be used for filling.

.How to Prepare Keto Panner Prantha
So now that you’ve collected all the ingredients, it’s time to prepare the delectable Keto PannerPrantha.
Follow down these simple steps to work your way towards enjoying the delicious meal:
Step #01 – Mix all the dough-making dry ingredients. Add a little yoghurt and oil at times while preparing a pliable dough
now Step #02 – Use a little oil to shape the dough into a ball
Step #03 – Cover the dough ball with a moist kitchen towel and set it aside for about 30 minutes or so
now Step #04–Now, prepare the filling by mixing all the filling ingredients and mashing them together until a smooth mix is obtained
Step #05 – Divide the dough and the filling into 2 portions
now Step #06 – Take 2 pieces of a baking sheet or parchment paper and set them aside
Step #07 – Grease your palm and then take one portion of the dough and flatten it on your palm
now Step #08 – Place one-half of the filling on the centre of the flattened dough on your palm
Step #09 – Now, fold the edges of the flattened dough towards the centre
now Step #10 – Flatten the dough slightly and place it on the greased paper
Step #11 – Cover it with another greased paper and flatten the roti
now Step #12 – Finally roll it with a rolling pin to about 6 inches
Step #13 – Heat a skillet and grease the same with oil
now Step #14–Now, take off the upper greased paper on the rolled uncooked roti and put it on the hot pallet
Step #15 – Add oil or ghee around the roti
now Step #16 – Turn the roti to the other side when the edges start to turn golden brown or slightly dark brown
Step #17 – Serve the Keto Panner Prantha with butter, ghee, pickle, yoghurt, curry, etc. and enjoy!
