Ingredients required for Keto Salami and cheese frittatas:

  • 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter or cooking spray
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Ham Steak diced
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 Scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. Parsley finely chopped (optional)
  • Black Pepper freshly cracked, to taste

 

How to prepare Keto Salami and cheese frittatas:

1 First preheat your oven to 350F grease a pie plate with unsalted butter or cooking spray and keep it aside.

2 Take a large bowl add the beaten eggs and heavy cream and whisk it well tills well combined.

3 Then add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix it well tills well combined.

4 Add in the ham, broccoli, ? of cheddar, and the scallions. Stir until fully combined. Pour into the prepared pie plate. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is very slightly golden brown and the centre is a tiny bit jiggly. Let sit for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.

5 Now add in the ham, broccoli of cheddar and scallions and mix it well till well combined.

6 Pour this into the prepared pie plate top with cheese and bake for around 30 to 35 minutes till the top is golden brown.

7 Allow it to cool and garnish with parsley.

8 Serve and Enjoy!
