How to Prepare Keto Artichoke Spinach Dip
The procedure for preparing the tasty spinach artichoke casserole is simple
and consists of a few steps that are mentioned ahead:
Step #01 – Take a Dutch oven and put 2 tablespoons of canola oil in it and set the heat to a medium-high setting.
now Step #02 – Add 2 garlic gloves and artichoke hearts to the oven and then cook the mix for 4 minutes.
Step #03 – Remove the artichoke hearts from the oven and put the remaining
1 tablespoon of canola oil in the oven.
now Step #04 – Add 2 garlic cloves to the heated oil and stir it occasionally for 30 seconds
and then add the spinach leaves.
Step #05 – Toss the spinach until it wilts or does it for 3 minutes.
now Step #06–Transfer the spinach into a vessel and let it cool.
Step #07 –Now take a large bowl and put in the milk, salt, pepper and eggs in it and
stir until all of them get mixed properly.

bowl containing the milk mixture and toss well to let all ingredients combine with one another.

Step #11 –Take Swiss cheese and sprinkle it over the mixture placed on the
ceramic baking dish. now Step #12 –Cover the dish and chill it overnight or for 8 hours.
Step #13 –After chilling, uncover the spinach artichoke casserole and
bake it in the oven at 350o F(177o C)for 45 minutes or until the edges of the spinach artichoke become light brown.

let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes and then serve it.
