Swerve Confectioners Powder can be used instead of the Powdered erythritol A small amount of monk fruit can also be used instead of using erythritol or swerve confectioners powder For sweeter chocolate, stevia amount used in the recipe can be increased in small proportions. After adding each additional amount of stevia, check the chocolate mix for taste. Keep doing until it reaches the desired sweetness level

How to Prepare the ketogenic chocolate bars

 1 – Use a double boiler or chocolate melter for combining cocoa butter and chocolate. Heat till the entire chocolate and cocoa butter is melted
2 – Add powdered erythritol, powdered milk and powdered stevia to the heated mix
3 – Keep stirring the mixture till all the powdered ingredients dissolve and the mixture turns smooth
4 – Remove the mix from the heat and add vanilla extract to it
5 – Pour the melted chocolate into a candy bar mould
6 – Let the mould cool in the refrigerator or freezer. Remove the mould, once the chocolate bars set
7 – Serve and enjoy!
