Ingredients required for Low Carb Cauliflower Nachos

2 cauliflower small heads

Organic Mild Taco Seasoning packet


Optional Ingredients for Low-Carb Cauliflower Nachos

1 can of black beans

one  can of black olives

1 8oz bag of gouda cheese shredded

1 8oz bag of Mexican cheese shredded

one jalapeno

cherry tomatoes

avocados mashed for guacamole

sour cream

cilantro fresh

How to prepare Low Carb Cauliflower Nachos

1    In the first step preheat microwave nachos in your oven to 280 degrees. And place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

2   Take a large bowl and add chopped cauliflower-like nacho chips.

3   Now take a medium bowl and the whole mild taco seasoning packet & add as much water as it says to. Whisk them with a hand blender or electric mixer till well combined.

4   Now pour this into the cauliflower mini sticks.

5   With the help of a scoop coat them properly and put them into the baking sheet.

6   Roast them for 15 to 20 minutes till they are cooked properly and when baked squeeze lemon on the top of the cauliflower.

7   Now add on the top ingredients whatever you like. I added here black beans drained jalapenos, chopped cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese.

8   Roast them for another 5 minutes and top with avocado, sour cream and fresh cilantro.

9   Serve and enjoy the best cheese for nachos
