Ingredients required for Low Carb Chana Masala:
1 large yellow onion, diced
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
pinch ground red pepper
6 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth (more/less for desired consistency)
1 1/2 cups drained chickpeas
½ bunch of chopped cilantro
juice of 1/2 lemon
Sautéed cauliflower rice, carrots & red peppers

How to Prepare Low Carb Chana Masala:
Take a large skillet over medium-high heat and then add olive oil or butter in it.
When heated up the oil add chopped onion and stir well.
Then add garlic to it and cook for one minute.
Then we have to add ginger and cook for a few minutes.
Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, graham masala, and red pepper and stir well till well combined.
Then add chopped tomatoes and broth and keep the flame simmering and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes. We have to make tomatoes nice sauce.
Then add red pepper and salt according to taste.
Then we have to add chickpeas, cilantro and lemon juice to it.
Add coriander leaves at the end.
Serve over cauliflower rice.
