How to Prepare Keto Beef Taquitos?
1 Firstly, you need to cook the beef with the minced onion and wait till it gets brown.
2 Take a cup and mix the cumin, chilli powder, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper along with the water.
3 Now, pour it over the browned ground beef and simmer it for 5-10 minutes so that the liquid is evaporated.
4 Take a large mixing bowl and mix the cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Now, divide the cheese mixture into 6 and form it into balls. Place it onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around 7-8 minutes or until the time its edges get golden brown.
5 Now, make it cool for 1-2 minutes and flip it upside down and then, place a few spoonfuls of the beef on the edge of every shell. Make sure you tightly roll each one into the shape of a cigar and do this as fast as possible otherwise the cheese gets hardened.
6 This will finally form 6 Keto Beef Taquitos.
