Cabbage grated 200g
Salt to taste
Cottage cheese/paneer 150g
Ginger finely grated 1/2 tsp.
Green chillies finely chopped 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
Hung curd 1 tbsp.
Cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. /lemon juice 1 tsp.
Psyllium husk 1 tsp. optional
Baking soda 1/2 tsp.
Oil 2 tbsps.

How to prepare KETO PANEER APPE:
1 Take a bowl and add cabbage and salt and then mix it well and leave it for 5 minutes.
2 Then we have to squeeze the excess water with our hands as much as we can.
3 Take another bowl and add squeezed cabbage to it.
4 Then add all the dry ingredients and mix it well.
5 Now roll it all into a ball shape and keep it aside.
6 Take an appam pan and heat it and add oil to it.
7 Place appam balls in it.
8 With the help of a brushed oil the top and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and cook well from both sides till it becomes crispy.
9 Serve hot and enjoy it with green chutney.
