 Ingredients required for Cheeseburger in Bowl:

1 lb. lean ground beef

One tbsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. sea salt


1 tsp. vegetable oil

2 heads of romaine lettuce, sliced

1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced dill pickles

One small red onion, sliced thinly

10 strips of smoked bacon, cooked and chopped

3/4 cup guacamole


  For the Dressing: Cheeseburger in Bowl

2 tsp. unsweetened sweetener

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. keto ketchup

1 tbsp. dill relish

2 tsp. dried onion granules

Pinch of salt and pepper

How to prepare Keto Cheeseburger Bowl

1   In the first step take a large bowl and add ground beef, garlic powder, and salt and mix well with a hand mixer till well combined.

2   Take a large pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.

3   When heated up the oil adds ground beef and cook well from both sides or till it cooks well or brown in colour.

4   Now remove the meat from the pan to set it aside.

5   Now in the same pan sauté onions well for 1-2 minutes.

For the dressing: healthy burger bowl

1   To prepare the dressing we have to take a large bowl and add mayonnaise, unsweetened sweetener, keto ketchup, dill relish, dried onion granules, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well with an electric mixer or hand mixer till well combined.

2   To gather the burger bowls we have to add the layer of romaine, ground beef, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, guacamole, and bacon and top with prepared dressing and enjoy a fully loaded burger bowls recipe.
