FOR THE CHOCOLATE CAKE:

   8 tbsp. (112 g or 1 stick) butter, unsalted and softened

  1 ¼ cup sweetener

  5 large eggs, room temperature

  1 ½ cups of almond flour

  ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  1 tsp. baking powder

  ¼ tsp. salt

  1 tsp. vanilla extract

FOR THE BROWNIE: Chocolate Tuxedo Mousse Cake

  ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

  ¾ cup sweetener

  ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  2 eggs, room temperature

  ¼ tsp. salt

FOR THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:

  3 tbsp. hot water

  1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

  4 oz. sugar-free chocolate, chopped fine

  ¾ cup heavy cream, chilled

 1  tbsp. sweetener

 ⅛ Tsp. salt

FOR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:

 ¾ tsp. gelatin

 1 tbsp. water

4 oz. sugar-free white chocolate, chopped finely

¾ cup heavy cream, chilled

How to prepare Keto Chocolate Tuxedo Cake Recipe:

BAKE THE CAKE LAYERS:

1    Take a large bowl and add the butter and sweetener and mix it well till the mixture is pale yellow in colour and light and fluffy.

2    Then add beaten eggs to make a thin batter.

3    Take a medium bowl and add almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

4    Take a blender and add flour mixture into the egg mixture and mix it well till well combined and add vanilla extract.

5    Pour the batter into an 8 by 8 square baking pan and lined it with parchment paper.

6    Bake it for 30 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.

7   Let it cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.

8   Slice the cake in half and put it in the freezer till it is ready to use.

BAKE THE BROWNIES:

1    Take a bowl and mix together oil and eggs and then add all the remaining ingredients and stir well.

2    Then we have to spread the mixture into a loaf pan and grease well or line it with parchment paper.

3   Bake it at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

4   Allow them to cool and make into ice cubes.

5   Freeze it to set the brownies or till it is ready to use.

PREPARE THE WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:

1    Take another bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the water and leave it for 5 minutes.

2   Then place the white chocolate into a small bowl and heat half a cup of heavy cream and then add in the gelatin mixture and stir till it is fully mixed.

3   Pour this cream mixture over the white chocolate and mix the chocolate till it is melted and the mixture is smooth.

4   Cool it for 5 to 10 minutes.

5   Take another bowl and one cup of heavy cream at medium speed for one minute.

6   Then whisk the whipped cream mixture into the white chocolate mixture.

7   With the help of a spatula fold the remaining whipped cream till it is no white remains.

8   Then place the mousse in the fridge.

ASSEMBLE THE TUXEDO CAKE:

1   Take a high-rimmed loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

2   Place one of the cake layers on the bottom of the pan.

3   Then spread chocolate mousse over the cake and sprinkle brownies over the mousse.

4   Then spread white chocolate mousse over the brownie and add the remaining cake layer.

5   Place it in the fridge to set for 3 to 4 hours.

6   When it is ready to serve remove the parchment paper and enjoy!
