Ingredients required for Almond Katli or Chocolate Almond Fudge:
One stick unsalted butter – softened
¼ cup BochaSweet – measured granulated then powdered you can use Monk Fruit. We love golden Monk Fruit.
¼ cup Golden Monk fruit – measured granulated then powdered
2 Eggs – at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. pink salt
3 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ cup finely ground Blanched Almond Flour
1 cup of keto chocolate chips is optional but recommended
How to prepare Almond Katli or Chocolate Almond Fudge:
1 Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
2 Then add the butter and beaten eggs and mix well.
3 Then add the unsweetened powder into it.
4 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
5 Take a large bowl and add the softened butter, and powdered sweetener and mix well with an electric mixer or hand mixer till well combined.
6 Then add the beaten eggs, vanilla and salt and mix well till well combined.
7 Switch to a spoon or rubber scraper/spatula
8 Then we have to add almond flour, and cocoa powder and mix well till well combined.
9 Stir well in keto chocolate chips.
10 Then we have to spread sprayed shallow pie plate.
11 Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes at 200C.
12 Let it cool for 10 minutes.
13 Refrigerate it to set it aside.
