 You will need:



1 pound of ground pork

2 slices of bacon

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

3 large eggs

1 small onion

How to prepare Keto Italian Sausage Pizza Roll-Ups:

1  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2  In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork and season it with salt and pepper.

3   Add the olive oil and mix well.

4   Form into four equal balls.



5   Roll each ball between two pieces of plastic wrap until it forms a log shape. Remove the top piece of plastic wrap and place the meat logs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6    Bake for 20 minutes. While the meat is cooking, prepare the onions by slicing them thinly.

7   Once cooked, remove the meat from the oven and let cool slightly.

8   Slice the meat into thin strips.

9   Cut the bacon into small pieces.

10   Mix together the bacon, beaten eggs, onions, and garlic.

11   Spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of the baked meat logs. Drizzle the mozzarella cheese over the top.



12   Return the meat to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.

13   Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into individual rolls.

14   Serve warm or cold.

Tips:

If you want to add more flavour, try adding some fresh herbs such as basil or oregano. These pizza rolls are delicious and easy to make. They are very flexible, too. You can use whatever toppings you like. My favourites include pepperoni, ham, bacon, mushrooms, onions, olives, peppers, etc.
