The best thing about this keto jalapenos popper stuffed meatloaves is that you can use whatever kind of meat you want. You could substitute ground turkey for ground beef, or add some diced chicken breast to the mix. If you want to get really creative, try adding some chopped mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach leaves to the meat mixture before shaping it into loaves.

These keto jalapenos poppers stuffed meatloaves are one of my go-to meals when I’m looking for something easy to prepare and delicious.



They take less than 30 minutes to put together, and they’re packed with flavour thanks to the addition of fresh jalapenos, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. To top it off, they’re baked until golden brown, which makes them extra crispy and crunchy.

Ingredients required for Keto Jalapeno Popper Meatloaf Recipe:

2 lbs. ground chicken

2 eggs

¾ cup almond flour

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder



½ teaspoon salt

8 slices thin-cut bacon

Filling:

8 ounces of cream cheese

¾ cup Mexican blend cheese

1 7 oz. can diced pickled jalapeños

How to prepare Keto Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Meatloaf Recipe:

1   Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 400F.

2   Take a large bowl and add the meatloaf ingredients and mix it well tills well combined.



3   Divide into half and place half in a 10.5″.

4   Take an iron skillet and add meatloaf to it.

5   Make a divot in the middle.

6   Take a bowl and mix the filling ingredients till well-combined move to the centre of the meatloaf and top it with the remaining meatloaf mixture.

7   Then press together the sides to seal in the filling.

8   Around the top of the meatloaf wrap the bacon and slightly tuck in the ends underneath the loaf.

9   Move into the oven and bake it for 50 to 55 minutes till the bacon is crispy.



10   Remove from the oven and bake it for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
