Ingredients required for Keto Cauliflower Hummus
16 ounces cauliflower florets
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/2 cup tahini
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2-4 tablespoon water, as needed for texture

How to prepare Keto Cauliflower Hummus
1 Firstly preheat your oven to 425F.
2 Take a non-stick baking sheet and grease it lightly and then toss cauliflower into half of the olive oil.
3 Spread the cauliflower into a single layer.
4 Every piece of cauliflower is touching the baking sheet.
5 Roast the cauliflower for 30 to 35 minutes or till it is browned and softened through.
6 Take a blender or food processor and add the tahini, remaining olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, paprika, roasted cauliflower, and 2 tablespoons of water.
7 Blend this mixture till it turns into a smooth paste.
8 If required add more water to it.
9 Serve it with your favourite peppers, cucumber, and pork rinds, and enjoy this relish dish.
