  130 oz can Kesar Mango Pulp

  114 oz can of condensed milk

  112 oz. can evaporate milk

  16 oz of Cool Whip, room temperature

How to Prepare Kesar Mango Ice Cream:

1    To make a delicious dessert, combine kesar mango pulp, condensed milk, and evaporated milk in a large container that can be stored in the freezer. 

2   Whisk the ingredients together until they are fully blended & smooth. 

3   To make it, start by adding a third of the Cool Whip to the mango mixture and whisking it together. 

4   Then, add the remaining Cool Whip & fold it in gently until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated. It’s important to fold the Cool Whip’ instead of whisking it to maintain its airy volume, resulting in a light & fluffy ice cream. 

5   Cover and freeze the mixture for 6-8 hours. This will allow the ice cream to set and become the perfect creamy consistency for a delicious summer treat.
