How to prepare Bruschetta Park Chicken:
1 To make Bruschetta Chicken, Start by whisking together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Then, place the chicken in a large re-sealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
2 Add the chicken to the grill, making sure to discard any excess marinade. Grill the chicken until it is charred and cooked to an internal temperature of 155°-160°, which should take about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
