How to prepare Keto Monkey Bread:
Making the Dough:
1 Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before starting to make the keto monkey bread.
2 Make delicious and indulgent keto monkey bread with just a handful of ingredients. Start by melting mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-second intervals until combined.
3 Then add the melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine all ingredients until dough is formed.
4 Start by whisking together almond flour, swerve sweetener, salt and baking soda. Then add the dry ingredients to the melted cheese and egg mixture to complete the recipe.
5 Next, use your hands to knead the dough until all the ingredients are completely combined.
6 To make keto monkey bread, divide the prepared dough into 24 small balls before baking them in the oven.

Cover with Sauce and Bake:
1 To make it, you’ll need butter, heavy cream, brown swerve, and salt. Begin by heating these ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, bringing them to just a boil.
2 Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract for added flavour.
3 Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the dough balls in the pan.
4 Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown and sauce is bubbly.
5 After baking your keto monkey bread in the oven for around 25 minutes, let the dessert cool for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a plate. Enjoy!
