1 tbsp. Ghee or Butter or Oil
4-5 Curry leaves
1 tsp. Chopped Ginger
1/4 tsp. Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tbsp. Peanuts optional
1 Green chilli chopped, adjust to taste
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Tomato, chopped
1.5 cup Cauliflower, priced
Salt to taste
Few pinches of black pepper to taste
Lime juice to taste
Coriander leaves, chopped for garnish

How to prepare Keto Cauliflower Upma:
1 Take frying pan over medium-high heat and add ghee into the pan.
2 Then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ghee, ginger, curry leaves, and peanuts and stir well for one minute or cook it till peanuts turn golden brown.
3 Then add chopped onion, and green chilli and fry them for a minute.
4 Then add diced cauliflower and a pinch of salt and stir well.
5 Cover the pan and cook cauliflower till it is cooked well.
6 When the cauliflower is cooked well add black pepper, lime juice and if required add salt.
7 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
