Keto Cheese Blintz Filling Ingredients:

  8-ounce ricotta cheese

  8-ounce cottage cheese

  Half a tablespoon of unsweetened powder

  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, Ceylon, ground

  1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  One Teaspoon vanilla extract Optional

  1 Each lemon zest

How to prepare the Keto Cheese Blintz

3 You have to bake it for 15 to 20 minutes or till it looks golden brown in colour.
