What do you need to make Keto Cheese Sticks Recipe
Twelve fried mozzarella sticks cheese. Cut them in half.
Two large eggs are beaten.
Half cup Almond Flour.
Half cup Parmesan cheese.
1 tablespoon coconut flour.
One teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
Half a teaspoon of Garlic powder
Half teaspoon salt.
How to prepare the Keto cheese sticks recipe?
1 Cut the string cheese in half of the actual length.
2 Beat the eggs in a bowl and keep them aside.
3 Place the ingredients such as almond flour, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt as well as garlic powder in a zipper sandwich bag. In order to blend, shake as much as you can the mixture.
4 Now, it’s time to dip each mozzarella into that beaten egg, and don’t forget to coat while shaking in the sandwich bag. Make it freeze for at least an hour.
5 Heat the oil in a pan for at least some inch high. To prevent the cheese from melting, keep the temperature of the oil at 400 degrees F or less.
6 Now, make every piece of fried mozzarella cooked in the hot oil till it gets brown on all sides.
7 You can make as many Keto cheese sticks as you want. You can adjust the salt according to your taste. Whoop!! Now, it’s time to serve with tomato sauce and enjoy!! baked mozzarella sticks
