Keto Chocolate Pudding is easy to make and a delectable recipe that the whole family can cherish. These little snack-sized puddings are low on carbs and high on fats, making them an excellent delicacy for ketogenic diet followers.

However, keto chocolate pudding can also be enjoyed by non-ketogenic people. The recipe requires simple steps and doesn’t take much of your time. Furthermore, you can refrigerate the low-carb chocolate pudding and savour it later with friends and family.

In order to prepare the low-carb chocolate pudding, you need to spare a total of 15 minutes. 5 minutes for prepping the recipe and 10 minutes for doing the actual cooking. Thereafter, voila!

7 Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

8 [Optional] Whipped Cream As per taste

9 Xanthan Gum 1 teaspoon

How to Prepare Follow these simple steps to prepare the delectable and healthy keto chocolate pudding:

1 – Take a medium-sized saucepan and whisk together cocoa, and stevia and swerve in it

2 – Add coconut milk and heavy cream gradually to it and stir continuously

3 – Cook the mixture over medium-high heat. Keep doing this until the mixture starts boiling. Boil for another minute and then remove

4 – Add xanthan gum and stir the mix to blend it thoroughly

5 – Now, add butter and vanilla extract and stir the mix

6 – Pour the mix into a larger bowl. Add a plastic wrap directly on the surface for  preventing the skin formation

7 – Place it inside the refrigerator for several hours until the mix thickens

8 – Thereafter, transfer it to a mixing bowl

9 – Whip the mix using an electric mixer in order to get a creamy, smooth texture

10 – Put it into serving dishes and top with low-carb whipped cream, if required

11 – Serve and enjoy!

Note:-  The recipe can be doubled to be used as a pie filling. However, it then requires additional thickening
