Ingredients required for Keto Egg Loaf Bread:
8 large Eggs
8 oz. Cream cheese softened
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
7 tablespoons coconut flour spoon and sweep
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup erythritol
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
How to prepare Keto Egg Loaf Recipe:
1 In the first step, we have to preheat our oven to 180C.
2 Take a loaf pan and grease it with melted butter and add parchment paper to it.
3 Take a food processor and add beaten eggs, melted butter softened cream cheese and vanilla extract and blend it till it becomes a smooth paste.
4 Then we have to add baking powder, coconut four, erythritol and cinnamon and blend it again.
5 Then pour this batter into a loaf pan.
6 Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes or till the top has puffed and has golden brown in colour.
7 We can check it with a toothpick till it comes out clean.
8 Let it cool down for 5 to 10 minutes and transfer it to another plate.
9 Serve and enjoy!
