Keto fish is a delicious and healthy dish that’s easy to make. It is made” with fresh white fish of your choice, coated in a zesty, buttery lemon sauce & baked until it is crispy on the outside but tender inside. The Dish is low in carbohydrates and perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet.

Ingredients required for Keto lemon butter sauce fish:

   2 White fish fillets

   3 tbsp almond flour



   1 tbsp olive oil

   1 tbsp butter

   sea salt to taste

  black pepper to taste



  1 Tsp parsley chopped

  2 tbsp butter

  ½ tbsp lemon juice

  sea salt and black pepper to taste

How to prepare Keto lemon butter sauce fish:

1   Making a delicious Keto fish is easy! First, begin by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Allow it to Brown for 3, Minutes 

2   Remove from heat and pour into the bowl.



3  Once it is melted add freshly squeezed lemon juice & season with salt and pepper to taste.

4   To make the perfect keto fish, start by seasoning your fillets with salt and pepper before sprinkling almond flour over the skinless side (or both sides if you are using Skinless fillets).

5  Start by heating oil in a skillet and add 1 Tablespoon of Butter. Once the Butter’ is melted, Add the fish fillets and fry them for 2 minutes on each side before serving. 



6   Plate the cooked fish, topping it with a generous helping of melted butter and fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle some chopped parsley as a garnish, and serve with a side of leafy greens for a delicious and satisfying keto-friendly meal!
