It is called keto oats. The main ingredients of the keto oats recipe are chia seeds, coconut flour, and hemp seeds.

Yes, you can. 

They all are grain-free and thus, low in carbohydrates. Another good thing about this recipe is that there’s no cooking involved and the prep-time is mere 5 minutes.

    2 tablespoons hemp seeds

    1 tablespoon chia seeds

   One tablespoon coconut flour

   Half teaspoon vanilla extract

   1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

   1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  Hemp seeds [Optional Topping]
 Sunflower seed butter or some other nut butter of your choice [Optional Topping]
 Toasted coconut [Optional Topping]

How to Prepare, Keto Oat Fiber Recipes

There isn’t much preparation for the keto oats recipe. Just some simple steps and you can enjoy a healthy, delicious breakfast. Simply follow these instructions to enjoy savouring keto oats:

1 – Take a big container or a jar and add all the ingredients to it. Continue stirring until all of them are thoroughly mixed.

2 – Cover the container or the jar with the lid and place it in the fridge. Let it be there for about 4 hours.

3 – Before serving, stir the oats and add more milk for achieving a desirable level of consistency.

4 – Put toppings on the keto oats and enjoy!

 It is also possible to freeze the keto oats for later consumption. For doing so, divide the oats into individual servings and put them in a muffin tin and freeze them until they turn hard.
