Ingredients required

How to Prepare
Following are the step-by-step procedures for preparing the kept pasta as well as the blue cheese sauce:
Pasta Preparation
1 – Preheat the oven to 300 0 F
2 – Take a bowl and whisk cream cheese, eggs and salt into a smooth mix
3 – Continue whisking and add the psyllium husk slowly and let the mixed batter stay for about 2 minutes
4 – Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place another parchment paper on top of it
5 – Flatten the batter with a rolling pin until the batter forms a 13×18-inch block
6 – Place the batter in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
7 – Now, let it cool and then remove the parchment paper
8 – Use a pizza slicer or knife to cut the pasta into thin strips
9 – Serve with blue cheese and enjoy!
Blue Cheese Sauce Preparation
1 – Add the blue cheese to a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Stir frequently
2 – Now, add cream cheese to the saucepan and continuously stir for a few minutes
3 – Add butter and stir the mix until it runs smooth
4 – Serve with keto pasta and enjoy!
Note:-
Avoid bringing the sauce to a boil as it needs to be hot only
You can top keto pasta and blue cheese sauce with freshly grated parmesan cheese and roasted pine nuts
