Cooking Time – 45 to 55 minutes
Various ingredients are required for preparing the delectable and nutritious
10 partially-cooked bacon slices
8 ounces frozen spinach thawed and patted dry
6 ounces softened cream cheese
4 medium-size boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Some toothpicks
Note:- Low Carb Stuffed Chicken Recipe
1 In addition to garlic and onion powder, you can also add some red pepper flakes to spice
up the recipe
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 0 F
2 – Cook the bacon slices partially i.e. don’t cook them to a crisp
3 – Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat tenderizer and add salt & pepper to it
4 – Take a bowl and add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and thawed spinach to it. Mix it well
5 – Next, apply the mixture gently to the centre of each chicken breast and then roll it up. Use 1 or 2 toothpicks for securing the same
6 – Wrap each chicken breast with 2 or 3 bacon slices and secure using toothpicks
7 – Now, place all the stuffed and wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish
8 – Bake the chicken breasts for about 35 to 45 minutes or up until the point they are completely cooked through
9 – Serve and enjoy!
Note
1 While securing the tenderized chicken with toothpicks, ensure you don’t put them too
close to the edge of the meat
