How to Prepare Loaded Twice Baked Faux-tato with Cauli & Avocado {LCHF, Keto}
Following is the step-by-step instructions for preparing the Low carb Loaded Twice Baked Faux-tato with Cauli & Avocado:
Step #01 – Cook the bacon and then crumble it. Also, melt the butter and steam the cauliflower
now Step #02 – Preheat the oven to 3750F
Step #03 – Divide the avocado into two halves. Dispose of the nut inside the avocado
now Step #04 – Take out the avocado meat from inside the avocado halves. Place the avocado meat separately and don’t trash out the avocado shells as they’ll be required later
now Step #05 – Add avocado meat, cream, pepper, salt, steamed cauliflower, butter, and onion powder in a blender or immersion blender, and blend until the mix turns smooth
Step #06 – Taste it to see for salt level. Add more, if required
now Step #07 – Add ¼ cup of bacon and green onions to the mixture and mix it thoroughly
Step #08 – Put the mixture into the avocado shells

Step #10 – Put the shells in the oven and bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes
