mini peppers cream cheese I had this for breakfast this morning stuffed mini peppers with cream cheese are so yummy in taste. I really love peppers and cream cheese snack . It is gluten-free and low- carb sweet pepper poppers  and has a taco taste without all the carbs.



It is perfect for the holidays and cream cheese stuffed sweet peppers are a popular easy and delicious appetizer! Cannot believe I lost 20 pounds in 3 months eating deliciousness like this. These kind of easy simple minimal ingredients are the kind of mini sweet peppers with cream cheese I like. These are so good!

Ingredients required for stuffed mini sweet peppers cream cheese :

1   sweet peppers (14 peppers) cut lengthwise and remove seeds

2    2 teaspoons avocado oil

3   1 (8-oz) package cream cheese



4   2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

5   2 stalks green onion, finely chopped

6   ½ tsp garlic powder*

7   ½ teaspoon salt

8   1 teaspoon sriracha, optional

 

How to prepare peppers cream cheese :




1   Take a large bowl and add cream cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, finely chopped green onion, garlic powder,                salt, sriracha optional and mix well with electric mixer or hand mixer till well combined.

2    Cut the peppers top and slice them into lengthwise and remove the peppers seeds.

3    Now sprinkle avocado oil into the peppers and with your hands mix well till it coated well.

4    Now add cream cheese filling into the peppers and stuff them well.

 

By Air fryer Method: cream cheese stuffed peppers 



1    Now transfer them to air fryer and bake them for temperature 360 for around 5 to 10 minutes.

2   Bake the peppers carefully and serve on plate warm.

3    Enjoy! cream cheese filled peppers

 

In the oven method: stuffed mini peppers with cream cheese

1   Grease a baking sheet and parchment paper with melted butter and add those stuffed peppers into the sheet.

2    Now bake them for 10-15 minutes in 350F.



3    Make sure do not overcook them. Serve on plate and enjoy.
