Have you ever tried keto Persian bread barbari bread? if you are carb-conscious or on the keto diet and love bread but hate all the low carb barbari recipes out there that taste nasty and not edible.

In my search I stumbled upon this absolutely delicious Persian barbari naan with only 2, two, do you hear me? Only 2 carbs. You can see in the photos has beautiful golden edges in the bread with a silky texture and you eat it non-stop.

It is super easy to prepare and in just less than 30 minutes it is ready to eat. It would be great as sweet breakfast bread I assure you will enjoy it.

Ingredients required for Keto Persian Bread:

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

12 large egg whites can use cartoned egg whites

1 teaspoon spices of choice salt, pepper, etc.


How to prepare Persian flatbread

1   Take a large bowl and add egg whites coconut flour, baking powder, salt and any other spices and whisk together with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined and leave it to set it aside.

2  Take a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

3  When heated up the oil add pour ¼ of the mixture and cover the pan. When you see bubbles started to appear on the edges flip it on the other side and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

4  Do the same process with the remaining mixture.

5  Your Persian flatbread is ready to serve with low carb sauce.
