    400 ml Water

    2 Tbsp Tea Leaves

    2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

   1 piece Ginger

   4 Cardamom Pods

    Sukrin Gold (or low carb sweetener of choice) Sweeten to taste

 

 How to prepare Keto Milk Tea Recipe

1   In the first step, we have to peel the ginger and chop it nicely. After that, we have to crush them And blend together with an electric mixer.

2   Take a large bowl and add around 400 ml of water and add ginger and cardamom. And boil it for one minute.

3   Now add the tea leaves and boil them for one minute also add skin gold or sweetener of your choice. Let it boil for one minute.

4   Now we have to add two tablespoons of cream and turn off the gas.

5   Now, wait for one minute to let the tea sit.

 

After one minute strain, the tea into cups, and your keto tea is ready to serve.
