How to make Low Carb Yum Cinnamon Rolls
1 Initially, you need to preheat the oven to 180-degree celsius.
2 Next, you can melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a non-stick pot over low heat or also with the help of a microwave. Now, you can take off the stove but do check that the cheese is melted and not bubbly.
3 Stir in the egg.
4 Now, you need to add the almond flour and baking powder. You can combine them with the help of a fork and use your hands to create a smooth dough. It would be much easier if you lightly oil your hands.
5 Now, divide the dough into 6 balls each that carry 50 grams of calories.
6 You can now form long rolls (ca 40 cm), and then flatten them out with your hands. Just make sure you create that dough as thin as you can.
7 Now, you need to prepare your bread machine cinnamon rolls filling by boiling water and then stir in the sweetener and cinnamon.
8 You can spread the cinnamon paste over the flattened dough rolls.
9 Now, you roll it into a bun and cut the sideways in half.
