Ingredients required for Keto Blueberry Pancake Recipe
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-2 tbsps. Granulated sweetener of choice
3, large eggs
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen ones work best
1 Take a blender and add half a cup of almond flour Two tablespoons of coconut flour and one tablespoon of cinnamon and baking
2. Take a large bowl, & pour the batter into the bowl, & add blueberries and stir well.
3 Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes. If you see the batter is too thick, add little milk.
4 Take a non-stick pan, Over low, medium heat & grease it with butter and pour One-Fourth of the batter into the pan and cover it.
5 Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and flip the pancake when cooks well.
6 You have to make the pancakes golden brown.
7 Do the same process with the remaining batter.
