Chocolate Crust: Keto Desserts

–  1 1/4 cups almond flour
– 1 tablespoon water
– one/4 cup butter (melted)
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– one/4 cup Swerve sweetener (powdered)
– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Layer: Sugar-Free Recipes

– 227 grams of cream cheese (softened)
– 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (at room temperature)
– Half teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener (powdered)

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

– 4 egg yolks (large)
– 3 tablespoons butter (divided into 3 pieces/divisions)
– 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
– One cup of heavy whipping cream
– 1/2 cup swerve sweetener (powdered)
– A half teaspoon of vanilla extract



 

– 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Whipped Cream Topping:

– 15 grams dark chocolate (sugar-free)
– 3 tablespoons swerve sweetener (powdered)
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
– One  tablespoon of cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Prepare Keto Sex In The Pan Dessert Recipe

Crust: Keto Dessert Recipes

1 – Set the oven to 325 0 F and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

2 – Take a medium bowl and mix almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener in it.

3 – Add the butter and water to the bowl. Continue mixing until it starts to clump together.

4 – Place the mixture on the pan and bake for about 15 minutes or until it becomes soft to the touch.

5 – Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.

Cream Cheese Layer:

1 – Take a large bowl and beat the cream cheese and sweetener in it until you get a smooth blend. Add vanilla extract while whisking continuously.
2 – Add the cream cheese to the mixture and continue beating. Spread the same over the cooled-down crust and then refrigerate.

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

1 – Place a medium-sized saucepan over the medium heat setting and combine almond milk, sweetener, and whipping cream in it.

2 – Bring the heat to a simmer setting while continuously stirring to dissolve the sweetener completely.

3 – Take a medium-sized bowl and continue whisking egg yolks in it. Add 1/2 cup of the hot cream mixture to the egg yolks to temper. Now, slowly whisk the tempered yolks back into the saucepan.

4 – Bring the heat to the medium-low setting and sprinkle xanthan gum into the saucepan while whisking continuously. Add cocoa powder to it and continue whisking. It should take about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and set the saucepan aside.

5 – Add butter and vanilla and keep whisking until you get a smooth blend. Allow it to cool for about 15 minutes at room temperature.

6 – Spread the chocolate pudding layer over the cheesecake layer and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Whipped Cream Topping:

1 – Continue beating the heavy whipping cream with sweetener and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread it over the chocolate pudding layer and sprinkle it with the cocoa powder.

2 – Top with chocolate using a cheese slicer or vegetable peeler and let it stay for about 1 hour.
