Ingredients required for Keto Makhani Cauliflower Bites recipe:

   600 gm cauliflower

   60  gm tomato puree

   3  tbsp olive oil

   2  tbsp coconut milk

   1 tsp cumin seeds

   1  tsp ginger-garlic paste

   One tsp dried fenugreek leaves

   1  tsp tandoori masala

   ½ tsp coriander powder

   Half tsp garam masala

   ½ tsp red chilli powder

   ½ tsp turmeric

   Fresh coriander for garnishing

   Salt to taste

How to prepare Keto Cauliflower Makhani Bites recipe:

1    Firstly, we have to remove the florets from the cauliflower and sprinkle tandoori masala and salt and add one tablespoon of olive oil in it and merge well into the cauliflower.

2   Now we have to turn on the oven at 200C and bake cauliflower for 10 to 20 minutes or till cauliflower turns golden brown in colour.

3    We have to take the saucepan over medium-high and add the remaining olive oil to it.

4   When heated up the oil add ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds in it and stir well.

5   Now we have to add tomato puree and red chilli powder and cover the saucepan and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame.

6   Now we have to add coconut milk and coriander leaves and salt according to taste.

7   We have to add this sauce to the cauliflower and bake it for 10 minutes at 190C.

8    Serve Keto Makhani Cauliflower Bites on a plate and enjoy!
